Salzi Runs x C•SOL – A Shake Out Run to Remember

Some mornings carry a different kind of energy.
On the eve of the Salzburg Marathon, we joined forces with Salzi Runs to host a shake out run that turned into something more than just a few easy kilometers. It became a celebration of community, connection, and shared momentum — all set to the rhythm of vinyl, warm coffee, and good people.

A community that runs deeper

Salzi Runs began with a simple idea: meet at Erhardplatz every Thursday at 7 a.m., run together, and create space for connection. From the very first moment, we felt aligned with their spirit—open, grounded, and full of warmth. Supporting them with coffee from day one has been a joy.

Music, movement & marathon magic

For the shake out run, that spirit shone even brighter. Runners from near and far joined in—gathering to share in the joy of motion, vinyl beats from DJ Reist, and of course, a warm cup of coffee. We made signs to cheer on the marathoners, shared slices of banana bread, and celebrated being part of something bigger than ourselves.

As a professional athlete, Matthias — founder of C•SOL — knows the value of movement, especially when it’s shared. The moment we heard about Salzi Runs, we were all in. A run that’s open to everyone, without ego, without pressure — that kind of rhythm fits naturally with our philosophy. From day one, we knew we wanted to be part of it, with good coffee and even better energy.

With DJ Reist spinning vinyl, the city still quiet, and coffee brewing on the square, it felt like exactly the right kind of momentum before a big race weekend.
